ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Our firm prepares financial statements in accordance with the latest accounting standards. The three types of statements are:
Provides a high level of assurance due to an in-depth examination of the underlying financial records. Audited financial statements are usually required for an organization that receives most of their funding from a government agency, or by a bank when there is significant financing.
Provides limited assurance due to some analytical procedures being performed. Reviewed financial statements are usually required for an organization that receives some of their funding from a government agency, or by a bank when there is moderate financing.
Also known as a Notice to Reader, this type of financial statement is done to provide financial performance information to your organization and to help prepare any tax reporting requirements.
Our bookkeeping department will record your financial transactions on a periodic basis (monthly, quarterly, yearly) that suits you. The reporting provided can be used by your organization throughout the year to make financial decisions and will be used by our accounting department to prepare the year end financial statements and tax return.
Our firm uses CRA approved software to help ensure you send the government the required source deductions and are paying your employees the correct amount. We also will prepare the T4 slips which are required for reporting wage income on personal tax returns.
